About Vivid Photography
Vivid Photography is the wedding studio of Cath and Rich Muldoon, who photograph weddings from their own purpose-built studio in Maleny. The pair have been making wedding and portrait images for more than 25 years and have photographed upwards of 800 weddings, and they describe themselves as photographers who live in the hinterland they shoot in. The studio sits a short trip from rainforest, mountain creeks, dairy country and rolling hills with views to the Glass House Mountains, and those settings turn up again and again in their work. Their galleries lean on soft evening light, wide landscapes with the couple small in the frame, and close, warm portraits. They have photographed at many hinterland wedding venues, including Montvale at Montville, The Old Dairy Maleny, Tranquil Park, Altitude On Montville, the Little White Wedding Chapel, The Orangery and Spicers Tamarind Maleny, and their galleries also include beach weddings on the coast.
