About The Vintage Bar
The Vintage Bar is a family-run mobile bar based in Perth, set on the back of a 1965 Bedford truck that was built in Perth and restored as a showpiece for events. Running since 2020, it brings a bar, bartenders and the serving gear to weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays and private functions. It works on a BYO basis: you buy the drinks you want and the bar team serves them. Beer, wine and cider can be poured on tap or served packaged, and cocktails or spirits can be added depending on the function. The team can even pick up your drinks ahead of time so they arrive cold and ready to pour. The standard package covers the truck bar itself, a pair of RSA-certified bartenders, up to six beer taps, ice, and glasses for beer, wine, sparkling and water. Crystal water dispensers, fridges, the TV and stereo, and festoon lighting are part of it too. Extra bartenders can be added for bigger crowds. Bookings run for a minimum of four hours. On the day the team drives in, sets up, serves through the event and packs everything away afterwards, leaving hosts free to spend time with their guests. Packages are tailored to the size and style of each function, from small gatherings to larger celebrations.

Does The Vintage Bar supply the drinks?
No. It is a BYO mobile bar, so you buy whatever drinks you want on the night and the bartenders pour them. The team can collect your drinks beforehand to keep them cold.
