About The Simple Grazer
The Simple Grazer is a grazing caterer based in Hilbert, in Perth's southern suburbs. Founder Amy spent more than 20 years in hospitality before turning her love of food and presentation into grazing tables, and she has since built over 1,000 tables and boxes for weddings, private celebrations and corporate functions. The main event is the grazing table: artisan cheese, cured meats, antipasto, fresh fruit, bread, dips and sweet treats laid out with greenery and finished with a signature cob loaf dip. A more casual option lays a similar spread straight onto butcher's paper, served in palm leaf bowls and other eco-friendly ware. For brunches and receptions, the mimosa bar gives guests fresh juices, seasonal fruit and sparkling wine to mix their own. Amy is happy to work to a theme – past tables have taken cues from Bali, Moana, music festivals, all-pink parties and rustic weddings. The Simple Grazer is also the exclusive on-site grazing provider at Last Drop Elizabethan in Bedfordale. Set-up starts anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours before guests arrive, depending on the size of the display, and pack down is included – the team returns later rather than staying through the event. Elevated tables and mimosa bars can come with their own table on request. Vegetarian, gluten-free and pork-free options are available with notice.

Does The Simple Grazer stay for the whole event?
No. Amy arrives between 30 minutes and two hours before the event to set up and style the food, then returns later for pack down when the package includes it.
Do I need to supply a table?
Elevated grazing tables and mimosa bars can come with a table on request. For the other set-ups you will need a suitable table ready at the event.
Can The Simple Grazer cater for dietary needs?
Vegetarian, gluten-free and pork-free options can be arranged with advance notice. Halal-certified catering is not offered, and the kitchen handles common allergens.
How do bookings and payment work?
A 20% non-refundable retainer secures the date and price, and the balance is due seven days before the event. Elevated tables and mimosa bars also carry a refundable bond of $100 to $300.
