About The Glades Golf Club
The Glades Golf Club is on Glades Drive in Robina, set around a Greg Norman designed par 72 course that is open to the public. Its function rooms overlook the fairways and the club's signature water feature. The Ballroom is the main space, with no pillars, neutral tones and glass bi-fold doors opening to the Terrace. It takes 136 for a banquet or 180 for cocktails. The Lounge is the smaller party room, with a bar inside, a fireplace and large windows over the grounds. It handles 60 seated or 80 for cocktails. Out on the Terrace, up to 200 people can have canapés and drinks with the course in front of them. The Loft is a boardroom for up to 20, better suited to a meeting than a party. The club lists birthdays, engagement parties, Christmas parties, gala dinners and weddings among its events, along with corporate meetings and team building. The events team can tailor a Christmas package to your group. Rooms can be hired for half a day, a full day or an evening, and all bookings include Wi-Fi and complimentary parking. Played with 1 other and finished in 3hrs 20. The course was better than I was told, greens and fairways near perfect. Some bunkers had firm sand but most are good.
