About Green Fields Bar + Restaurant
Green Fields Bar + Restaurant is a modern Australian rooftop venue on level 4 of the TAFE Queensland campus on Laver Drive in Robina. Large windows and a balcony look out across the hinterland. The venue doubles as a training ground for hospitality students, who work with experienced teachers and local chefs. Glass-walled training kitchens let guests watch part of that work as it happens. There are two ways to use the space for a private event. You can hire the whole restaurant and bar, or have the lounge or balcony sectioned off for a smaller social gathering. A bigger event can also spread into the neighbouring Anna Rose room. Tell the team your numbers when you send an enquiry, as guest limits for each area are not published. Food is built around local produce from suppliers chosen for their sustainable practices, and the menu changes through the year. The drinks list follows the same thinking, with cocktails, beers and spirits from the Gold Coast region and a choice of Australian wines. Guests can use free undercover parking on site, entered via Paddington Place, and EV charging stations are available. The restaurant trades from Wednesday to Saturday and closes to the public on some dates for private functions.

Where do guests park?
Free undercover parking is available on site via Paddington Place, in the marked TAFE Queensland bays on levels B1 and B2. Guests register their car at the level 4 reception using a QR code.
What kind of food and drinks are served?
The kitchen serves modern Australian dishes built on local produce. The bar pours cocktails, beers and spirits from the Gold Coast region as well as Australian wines.
