About Bootleg Lounge
Bootleg Lounge is a speakeasy on Upton Street in Bundall, styled after the glamour of the Prohibition era. Rustic details sit alongside plush vintage furnishings. It trades as a drinks lounge and is also open for private hire. Hire suits groups of 20 to 80. The team hosts functions, workshops, masterclasses, tastings and professional gatherings, and the room can even be booked for podcast recordings. Packages are put together around each event and include both food and crafted drinks. That means there is no need to line up separate suppliers. Prices are quoted once the team knows your date and plans. The cellar holds more than 200 wines, which makes a tasting an easy fit. Cocktails and spirits are also part of the offer. Hosts can book their own acts or ask the team for trusted recommendations. Burlesque and cabaret shows are part of the lounge's program, so the room is well used to live acts.
