About The Cavill Hotel
The Cavill Hotel is a pub at 46 Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradise, right in the middle of the street's entertainment strip. It runs a bistro, a sports bar and a gaming lounge, and it hands parts of the building over to private groups. There are four areas to choose from. The Sports Bar takes 100 standing or 50 seated around high tables and a very large screen, and the Parkview Main Bar takes 110 standing or 40 seated with a view over Cavill Avenue. That main bar can be partitioned off when a group wants some separation. The Bistro is the only fully private option, with room for 120 standing or 40 seated, plus a centrepiece booth you can add to the layout. Cavill Terrace is a semi-private spot for 60 standing or 40 seated. Across the venue, the team can look after anything from 10 to 300 guests. Food comes from the pub's own kitchen and leans modern Australian. Choose shared platters, from pizza through to mixed sliders and seafood, or a set menu of two or three courses served as an alternating drop. Drinks can run on a three or four hour package, a bar tab or plain pay-as-you-go. Packages need at least 20 guests, and everyone in the group has to be on the same one. Standard inclusions cover table service, linen, decorations, a reservation sign and a cake stand, and you can bring your own cake. A projector screen, USB-ready TVs and a microphone are there for speeches, and a dance floor, photographer and stretch Hummer transfers can be arranged. Send an enquiry to book.
