About The Gantry @ 3Danks Waterloo
The Gantry is the largest studio at 3Danks Waterloo, and the scale is the point: 260 square metres of floor under a soaring 12-metre ceiling, with an 80sqm mezzanine looking down over the main floor. The sprung hardwood floor (with an optional Tarkett overlay) was built for performance, so it handles dancing, showcases and rehearsals as easily as a party. It's a genuine blank canvas. You can bring your own caterer with no buyout fee, use the kitchen facilities on site, and BYO alcohol free of charge, which is unusual for a space this size and keeps costs down for a big group. There's a projector, flatscreen TV, PA system, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, full-length mirrors and storage space, plus free on-street parking. The studio holds up to 350 guests. One thing to plan around: individual studio hire can only be booked up to two weeks ahead, so for a date further out (or 80-plus guests) the venue recommends a whole-venue booking instead.
