About Function Room @ The Boathouse at the Spit
Zest Waterfront Venues operates The Boathouse at The Spit, which sits on the water at Mosman's Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club. The look sits between rustic and polished, with gold-leaf ceilings, imported stone and warm timber, while the harbour outside the windows does much of the decorating. Size is what sets it apart: 450 guests for cocktails, or 300 at tables with a dancefloor. Operable walls close the room down for smaller events, so a birthday of 60 won't feel swallowed by a space designed for 450. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a projector, a PA system, air conditioning, storage and lots of natural light. Events can start from 8am, the liquor licence runs to 2am with extensions possible, and free on-street parking is available around The Spit.
