About AnnaClaire Studio
AnnaClaire Studio is run by Yin and Sofia from a studio on level six of Strathfield Plaza, named after Yin's two daughters. Yin is the photographer, shaping the light and editing every frame himself, while Sofia styles the sessions and settles children and nervous parents on the day. Between them they have more than ten years in the industry, eight of those in maternity and newborn work, and the same unhurried approach carries into their event coverage. Their party and ceremony gallery runs from first birthdays at The Grounds of Alexandria, Putney Park and Cabarita Park Conservatory to christenings, a baby shower at Ripples Chowder Bay, a corporate evening at the Park Hyatt and a film premiere at the Actors Centre. Party and ceremony coverage starts at $650 for a two-hour minimum booking, with extra time charged at $150 per hour. That covers every original high-resolution photo from the day, usually more than 200 of them, plus 15 images professionally retouched. All prices include GST. In-studio work is quoted separately, starting at $299 for the weekday Mini Package, and canvas prints or handcrafted albums can be added once you have chosen your images. Travel within 15 km of the Strathfield studio is included; past that a fee of $2 per kilometre applies, and parking may be added where a venue charges for it. Original photos arrive by private Dropbox link within one to two hours of the shoot, so you have the full set the same day, and the retouched selection follows in about two to three weeks. A $100 deposit holds the date and comes off the final price, and the studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to move a booking. Sessions run Tuesday to Sunday by appointment.

What do I get with party and ceremony coverage?

How much does it cost?

Do they travel to my venue, and is there a fee?

How soon will we see the photos?
You receive a private Dropbox link with all the original high-resolution photos within one to two hours of the event. Once you have picked your favourites for retouching, the edited files are usually ready in two to three weeks.
How do we book and what happens if we need to change the date?
Dates are confirmed with a $100 deposit, which comes off the final price and is not refundable. Rescheduling is done through the booking confirmation email and needs to happen more than 24 hours before the session.
