About Show Limousines

Show Limousines is a family-owned operator working out of Wattle Grove in Sydney's south-west, with more than ten years of chauffeured hire behind it. The fleet runs to eleven vehicles. For groups there are two pearl-white H2 stretch Hummers (one for up to 16, one for up to 14), four Chrysler super stretch limousines for up to 10 each, including a twin gullwing version and a black edition with an extra fifth door, and a blacked-out Mercedes Sprinter limo van for 14. Smaller parties can take a Mercedes Valente for seven, while a Rolls-Royce Phantom and a Mercedes S-Class sedan cover couples and weddings. Most party work is hens and bucks nights, milestone birthdays and school formals, alongside weddings, concerts and cruise terminal runs. You send the date, pick-up and drop-off points, passenger numbers and the occasion, and the team replies with a written quote listing availability, vehicle choices and the full price. A 40 percent deposit locks in the date and the balance is due two weeks out. Formal groups can be collected from several homes before heading to the venue, then brought back afterwards. Every hire includes a chauffeur in uniform and bottled water. The Hummers carry leather seating, several bars, Bluetooth audio and LED lighting around the cabin, and the gullwing Chrysler adds a 40-inch screen and a lit disco-style floor. Alcohol cannot be brought on board unless it has been arranged beforehand, food and smoking are not allowed, and a seatbelt stays on for the whole trip. Anyone travelling with a child under seven needs to supply the right restraint. Because the stretch vehicles are long, a few narrow streets and venue driveways may be off limits, so the chauffeur will stop as close as it is safe to.

Show Limousines does not publish hire rates, so every booking is quoted in writing for the chosen vehicle, hours and route. Overtime past the booked finish is charged in 15-minute blocks: $80 for the Chrysler super stretches, $100 for the Hummers and the Rolls-Royce, and $50 for the Mercedes sedan, minivan and Sprinter, payable to the chauffeur in cash. A 40 percent deposit secures the date, card payments carry a 2 percent surcharge, and cleaning after illness or misconduct starts at $1000.

How many people fit in the biggest Show Limousines vehicle?

Can we drink alcohol in the limo?

Only if it has been arranged with Show Limousines before the day. Their terms say they cannot supply alcohol and it cannot come on board without prior arrangement, so raise it when you book. Food and smoking are not permitted.

How much does a stretch limo cost with Show Limousines?

All of greater Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Parramatta, Penrith, Campbelltown, the Sutherland Shire and the Northern Beaches, plus Wollongong and Shellharbour. Several pick-up addresses can be built into one booking.

How does booking and payment work?

A 40 percent deposit confirms the booking and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. Cancelling forfeits the deposit, and cancellations inside two weeks require full payment. Paying by Visa or Mastercard adds a 2 percent surcharge.
