Beyond the cars sit mini vans, limo party buses and coaches, running from 10 seats up to a 53 seat luxury coach, with Scania and Mercedes in the full size fleet. Hires are chauffeur driven and quoted per job rather than off a price list, so what you pay turns on the date, how long you want the vehicle and which car or coach you choose. A quarter of the booking price is taken as a deposit to confirm, with the balance due seven days before travel. Quoted prices include GST, though tolls, parking and national park entry can be added on touring itineraries, and card payments carry a surcharge. Wedding packages come with red carpet, ribbons, wheel covers, floral arrangements and refreshments at the photo shoot. Pickups cover the Greater Sydney metropolitan area, taking in the Sutherland Shire, northern beaches, north shore, eastern suburbs, inner west, western suburbs and the CBD, plus both airport terminals and the White Bay and Circular Quay cruise terminals. Luggage trailers are available for big group runs. Coaches carry seat belts, air conditioning, TV and DVD, USB charging and a driver microphone. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle, and chauffeurs cannot change booked times or routes without the office agreeing first.

The terms do set out how payment works: quoted prices include GST, a 25 per cent deposit confirms a booking and the balance falls due seven days before travel. Tolls, parking and national park entry are extra on city touring itineraries. Card surcharges are 1.33 per cent for Visa and Mastercard, 2.82 per cent for American Express and JCB and 3.23 per cent for Diners.
