About HF Wedding & Hire Cars

HF Wedding & Hire Cars is a family-owned chauffeur company working out of Five Dock, about 8km west of the Sydney CBD, and has been hiring out cars since 1973. The party side of the fleet is built around two stretch Hummers seating 15 and 17, a Chrysler 300C super stretch for 12 and a Mercedes W220 super stretch for 10, sitting alongside sedans, convertibles, premium SUVs, exotic sports cars and an 11 seat Mercedes Sprinter for group transport. Weddings are the core of the business, but school formals, hens and bucks nights, birthdays, kids' limo parties, corporate work and private tours all use the same fleet. Every hire is chauffeured and quoted per booking. The minimum is one hour for general hire and two to three hours for wedding vehicles depending on which car you take, and straight transfers can be arranged as well. The Hummers are fitted with an illuminated colour-changing dance floor, laser and disco lighting, a mirrored ceiling with colour-changing lights, LED mood lighting, a full bar and refreshment stations, entertainment screens and Bluetooth or AUX streaming. Karaoke, DVD and television are available in some vehicles, and red carpet and tyre covers can be laid out on request. Drinking on board is allowed if it is responsible and every passenger is over 18, and complimentary champagne, soft drinks and bottled water may be supplied depending on the booking; bringing your own drinks needs approval first. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Because the stretch Hummers are over 8.5 metres long and 2.1 metres high, some streets and venue driveways are off limits, and the chauffeur will stop as close as is safe. Vehicles can be inspected at the Five Dock showroom by appointment.

Pricing depends on the date, duration and vehicle — enquire for a quote. HF advertises a 20% discount off RRP for weekday and Sunday wedding bookings and for all non-wedding bookings, including corporate hire, school formals, private transfers and party vehicles, across 2026, 2027 and 2028. A non-refundable deposit of at least $220 per vehicle confirms a booking. Wedding payments are finalised at least a week before the day, and general hire is finalised when the driver arrives at the pickup. Credit and debit card payments, including AMEX, carry a 2% surcharge. The terms also set a minimum cleaning fee of $350 if a vehicle needs more than a normal clean, a security pre-authorisation of $300 taken before the hire starts, and a $75 administration fee on early cancellations.

A professional chauffeur is included in every booking, drivers pass police checks, and the business holds NSW Transport Accreditation 8025. The Hummers carry an illuminated colour-changing dance floor, laser and disco lighting, a mirrored ceiling, a full bar, entertainment screens and Bluetooth or AUX streaming. Red carpet and tyre covers are available on request. Because the Hummers are over 8.5 metres long and 2.1 metres high, access to some roads and driveways is restricted and the chauffeur will pull up as close as is safe. Passengers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult, and a child seat must be supplied by the client for any child under 7. Credit and debit card payments carry a 2% surcharge.

Rates are not published. The price depends on the vehicle, the date and time, the pickup and drop-off points, any extra stops, luggage and how long you need the car.
