A Royaale Event is a full-service event styling and hire company based at Freemans Reach in the Hawkesbury, working across Sydney and beyond. The team designs the look of an event, installs it, and comes back afterwards to pack it down. Those prices cover hire of the item only. The styling fee is set for each event, based on guest numbers, the services chosen and the decorating materials required. Delivery, professional installation, venue coordination and pack-down are quoted separately, with no flat delivery rate offered, and a location fee applies to work outside Sydney CBD. One site consultation is free for backyard and park venues within Sydney CBD; further visits are charged at a $200 consultation fee plus a $75 travel fee each.

How long do they need at the venue?

Allow a minimum of four hours for setup and two hours for breakdown, and book that access with your venue yourself. Some events need longer, depending on the detail involved, and if the venue allows decorating the day before they will make use of it. Any hired decor that stays with you has to be back by noon the following day.
