About Your Event Signage

Your Event Signage is a small design-and-make studio in Sydney's Hills District, run by Yvonne Jetson, producing signs that sit within an event's styling rather than beside it. Every piece is designed to order, so wording, fonts, colours and floral or graphic detail can follow the theme of the day. The work is strongest at weddings and engagements, but the range reaches baby showers, kitchen teas, birthdays and corporate functions, with signs announcing a guest of honour, welcoming a baby or naming the event. Signs come in many forms: curved and shaped acrylic panels, mirror signs, lettered glass doors and windows, self-standing printed boards cut to any shape, laser-cut names in timber, bamboo or acrylic, and one-off pieces hand painted with alcohol ink. Smaller printed items include menus, table numbers, place cards, name tags, cake toppers and custom decals. Prices listed online include an A4 acrylic sign with stand for $45, acrylic table numbers for $25, circular name signs for $80, a printed seating chart for $250 and a 1.8m freestanding seating chart for $420. If you'd rather print your own, a design-only digital file is $150. To save buying display pieces you'll only use once, the studio hires out stands, easels, blackboards, a range of modern and vintage mirrors, vintage doors and windows, acrylic and letterbox wishing wells and a timber selfie frame. Your own mirror can also be brought in and lettered, and decals can be designed for hired backdrops. The design service covers artwork for signs, seating plans and printed items, sent for approval before production. You can bring your own mirror or piece to have signage applied.
