About Kiko Design

Kiko Design is a floral and styling studio on Botany Road in Beaconsfield, run by Kowsh and Josh. Kowsh worked with several well-known Sydney florists before starting the brand, and Josh left a finance job in 2017 to join. The studio began with flowers and now covers full event styling, interior curation and event planning. Its event portfolio is mostly brand work, with florals and styling for Ralph Lauren, Rolls-Royce, Creed, Chopard, Meshki, Harper's Bazaar, Snapchat and Guess, along with engagement parties, Christmas parties and weddings. Event florals can be ordered straight from the website. Seasonal table arrangements start at $150 for a small long or oval piece and go up to $450 for a large round one. The premium range runs from $200 to $550, and feature arrangements cost $450 to $1,200 depending on size. The arrangements are self-contained, so there are no vase hire or pack-down fees, and they sit below eye level so guests can talk across the table. The studio suggests one arrangement for every three guests on long tables. Bud vases cost $35 each, and guests can take them home. Beyond flowers, the studio makes custom drapery and textiles in-house. This includes ceiling drapery, feature walls, layered tablecloths, cake table and welcome table drapes, large bows and hanging floral installations. It also offers calligraphy and styling for photo shoots and content. The team buys from the flower market three times a week. Bookings can be taken a few weeks out if the date is free, and consultations are held at the Beaconsfield studio. Weddings carry a minimum floral spend, but micro-weddings under 50 guests are exempt.

Premium table arrangements cost $200 to $250 for small, $300 to $350 for medium and $500 to $550 for large. Feature arrangements run from $450 for extra small to $1,200 for XXL. Seasonal bud vases are $35 each, vase included. Drapery, installations and full styling are quoted per event. Weddings have a minimum floral spend, which does not apply to micro-weddings under 50 guests.

Service Details

Table arrangements are self-contained, so there is no vase hire and no pack-down fee. Guests can take them home at the end of the night. Small arrangements are about 20 to 25 cm long, and bud vases stand 30 to 50 cm tall with flowers. Flowers are bought at the market three times a week and depend on what is in season. Custom drapery and textiles are made in-house. Consultations are held at the Beaconsfield studio, which is open from 7am to 3pm on weekdays and by appointment on weekends. Travel costs apply to events outside Sydney.
