About Little Believers

Little Believers is a Sydney children's entertainment company run by Ashley, who has worked part-time as a children's entertainer for several years and also works as a support worker for people with disabilities, which gives her experience with children of all abilities. The business is built around costumed character hosts: the entertainer arrives in character, runs the games and activities, paints faces and twists balloons, and keeps the group moving so the adults can get on with the party. Clowns are a core part of the range, with seven different clown looks, alongside princesses, fairies, pirates and a handful of other characters. Four party packages are published, all for one entertainer and a maximum of 15 children. Bronze is a 30 minute meet and greet at $110, where every child receives an autographed instant photo of themselves with the character. Silver is one hour at $270 with pass the parcel and three activities, or face painting plus one activity. Gold is 1.5 hours at $330 with face painting, pass the parcel and three activities. Diamond is two hours at $390 with face painting, balloon twisting, pass the parcel and four activities. Face painting on its own is also listed, and larger events are quoted separately. Birthday party packages are Bronze at $110 for 30 minutes, Silver at $270 for one hour, Gold at $330 for 1.5 hours and Diamond at $390 for two hours, each for one entertainer and up to 15 children. Face painting on its own is listed on the packages page at $220 for one hour and 15 faces, $280 for 1.5 hours and 22 faces, and $340 for two hours and 30 faces, although the online booking form shows slightly different face painting tiers, so confirm the figure when you book. Larger groups are quoted on request and additional travel fees may apply.

Performance Details

One entertainer arrives in character and hosts the party. The 30 minute Bronze booking is a meet and greet with photo time, and every child takes home an autographed instant photo with the character. The longer packages build on that with pass the parcel, face painting, balloon twisting and a set number of activities you choose at booking, from a rainbow parachute, musical stepping stones, a dancing game, limbo, stuck in the mud, relays, a sack race, nail painting, a themed pin-up game and skipping. Each activity carries a suggested minimum age, from two years up. Packages are priced for up to 15 children, and bigger events are quoted with extra entertainers. Little Believers hold public liability insurance, and the owner has a Working With Children Check and a national police check. They travel across Sydney's western suburbs and the Blue Mountains, with other areas by appointment and travel fees where they apply.

Which areas do they cover?

Sydney and its western suburbs, including Parramatta, Blacktown, Mount Druitt, St Marys, Penrith, Liverpool, Windsor and Richmond, plus the Blue Mountains. Other areas are by appointment and additional travel fees may apply.

How do we secure a booking?

A deposit is paid within three days of booking to hold your date, and the balance goes to the entertainer on the day. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel with more than seven days' notice, but not inside seven days. Your entertainer contacts you at least three days before the party to finalise arrangements.
