About Out Entertainment
Out Entertainment is a live entertainment and DJ agency run out of Caringbah in the Sutherland Shire. Founder Kristiano Carroll started the business in South Sydney in 2012, and it now supplies resident DJs to clubs and hotels every week as well as acts for private and corporate events. Its live roster is built around acoustic soloists and duos, backed by trios, full bands and percussionists, and each act has a showreel the team can send through before you book. The format depends on the room. A solo singer-guitarist or a duo suits a dinner, a cocktail hour or a restaurant-style party, while a trio or band is the pick when you want people dancing. On the DJ side, the agency groups its roster into club, function, wedding, party, corporate and school formal DJs, and it lists styles from Top 40, retro and R&B through to house and techno. It can also help with vocalists, MCs and other acts that aren't listed on the site, so it's worth describing the night you have in mind. Because the same business runs an AV hire warehouse, it can supply speakers, PA systems, microphones, lighting, truss, staging and smoke or dry ice machines alongside the act. The agency says it guarantees sound quality and technical support for every act it sends, and it carries public liability insurance. Prices aren't published: bookings start with a consultation and a quote, which makes it a practical option for corporate functions and larger parties where the music and the production need to be organised together.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of live acts can Out Entertainment book?
Its roster covers acoustic soloists, duos, trios, full bands and percussionists, plus vocalists. It also books club, function, wedding, party, corporate and school formal DJs, and can suggest other acts that aren't listed on its site.
How much does it cost to book an act?
Out Entertainment doesn't publish prices. It quotes each booking after a consultation, based on the act, the length of the performance, the date and the venue.
Can they supply sound and lighting as well as the performers?
Yes. The agency runs its own AV hire, including speakers, PA systems, microphones, lighting, truss, staging, smoke machines and dry ice machines, so production can be booked alongside the act.
Can I see an act perform before booking?
Yes. Each artist on the roster has a showreel, and the team will send you links to individual performances so you can compare acts.
Where are they based and which areas do they cover?
The head office is at Meta Street in Caringbah. Its musicians and DJs work at clubs, venues and private events across Sydney.
