About Seabourne Distillery
Seabourne Distillery makes gin and aperitifs in small batches on Rene Street in Noosaville. The team works with native ingredients including finger lime, wattle seed, white kunzea and river mint. Head distiller Dylan Campbell is a local who came to distilling from running restaurants. The distillery tour takes your group through the lab, the still area and the bar while the guide covers how gin is made and where the botanicals come from. It runs for about an hour, and guests usually stay on afterwards to finish their drinks in the bar. A welcome drink, a flight of three Seabourne gins served with mixers, cheese to share and a $10 gin shop voucher are all included. Public tours run at midday on Saturdays for up to 12 guests. Groups of 10 or more and corporate teams can ask for a tour at another time, which makes it an easy pick for a work outing. Send an enquiry to book a group tour, and allow time for a cocktail at the bar or a browse through the gin shop before you leave.
