About Pomona Distilling Co
Pomona Distilling Co is a working craft distillery on Reserve Street in Pomona, in the Noosa hinterland. Its bistro occupies the site of the town's original bakery from the early 1900s, with a smokehouse, garden bar, cellar and art gallery spread around it. Gin, vodka and liqueurs are made on site. The group experience here is the gin blending class, a 90-minute hands-on session that runs on Saturdays at 11am. A host shares a little history and the distillery's story, a welcome drink is poured on arrival, and each guest blends a gin and takes home their own 250ml bottle. Classes are kept to ten people, and anyone joining gets $10 off a full-size bottle bought during the visit. Groups of six or more can book a private class, with catering options for a longer celebration. The venue also hosts functions across six spaces, from shared hire for 30 to 100 guests to private dining for up to ten, and names birthdays, hens and bucks parties and corporate days among the events it takes. Send an enquiry to book a class for your group.

Can we book a private gin blending class for our group?
Yes. Private classes are available for groups of at least six guests, and the distillery offers catering options that can be added to make more of the occasion.
When do the public gin blending classes run?
The scheduled classes run on Saturdays at 11am and last about an hour and a half. Each class is capped at ten guests so everyone gets hands-on time with the botanicals.
