About Heads of Noosa Brewing Co.
Heads of Noosa Brewing Co. is a family-owned, independent brewery on Rene Street in Noosaville that specialises in lagers. Its taproom sits alongside the brewhouse, so guests drink beer brewed metres from their table. During trading hours the taproom offers three areas for groups. The front area takes up to 20 across high tables and a low couch corner, the side area seats 30 and holds 45 with air conditioning and a large TV, and the inside area has a long beer-hall table for 12 to 20 seated or 50 to 60 standing. For a bigger celebration, the whole taproom can be booked privately from 6pm to 11pm for up to 120 guests. A minimum spend of $3,500 and a $500 deposit apply, and Fridays are not available for this option. Daytime group bookings run alongside normal service, so food for groups of 15 to 50 is ordered ahead. The snack list covers fries, wings, calamari, corn ribs, sliders and tacos, with charcuterie and vegetable grazing boards for larger tables. After-hours events can add canapés in three tiers or a slow-cooked banquet of roast meats, hot sides and salads for 40 to 80 guests. The bar pours the brewery's own lagers and ginger beer alongside wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic choices. The team builds a tailored package around each group, and Christmas parties, milestone birthdays and private gatherings are all on the menu.
