Birthday Party Venues in Caloundra

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

Caloundra's birthday listings cover three quite different nights: a racecourse function, a long Italian dinner, and a casual party at a neighbourhood tavern. Picking one starts with whether guests will sit for a banquet or stand with a drink.

Three ways to celebrate in Caloundra:

Sunshine Coast Turf Club: seven function spaces from 20 to 300, including The Glasshouse with a private bar and balcony for 30 to 50 cocktail guests, and cocktail menus from $60 per person.
Bianco Italian: sharing banquets for tables of 12 or more from $69 per person, and Bianco Bar, an 18+ lounge, can be reserved for a private event.
Golden Beach Tavern: a covered deck for a seated meal or a stand-up crowd, plus a lawn and sports bar, with canapés from $22.50 per person.
Sit-down or stand-up: Bianco is built around the table, the tavern around its deck and lawn, and the Turf Club offers both.
Group size: from a dozen at Bianco up to 300 at The Establishment by the track.

A milestone with speeches: the Turf Club rooms have in-house audio and screens, and a DJ or live music can be arranged.
A dinner for close family: Bianco Italian's Feast One and Feast Two banquets, or a custom set menu if neither suits.
A relaxed afternoon: the lawn at Golden Beach Tavern gives a stand-up group room to spread out.
A baby shower or family birthday: Golden Beach Tavern lists both, and its deck works by day.
