About Megavision
Megavision is a family-owned Perth AV company founded by Jeff Georgiou in 2001. It hires sound, lighting, screens and staging for everything from backyard parties and weddings to corporate functions, gala dinners and outdoor festivals. For home parties the shop lists ready-made packages. Speaker options run from a portable PA system with a wireless microphone through to a 2800-watt speaker package and a PA with subwoofer for deeper bass. Lighting packages, mirror ball and special effects sets, DJ packages, draping and staging kits, and projector and movie night packages sit alongside them. Larger events can draw on the full inventory: wireless microphone kits, mixers, moving and wash lights, uplighting, LED and TV screens, projectors, trussing, generators and two mobile stage trailers. Effects range from fog and haze to confetti cannons, CO2 bursts, flame effects, indoor sparklers, snow and bubbles, operated by trained crew. A standard hire runs from the event to a return on the next business day, which suits weekend parties. Cables are colour-coded and each kit is set up in advance, with written instructions in the box, and hirers get phone support around the clock. For weddings, corporate functions and bigger events, a Megavision technician can deliver, set up, operate and pack everything down. Delivery covers the whole Perth metro area.
