About Two Feet & a Heartbeat
Two Feet & a Heartbeat is a Perth walking tour company whose main group product is the Perth City Scavenger Hunt. Teams collect a hunt pack from their guide, then spend about two and a half hours solving riddles, checking in at landmarks and taking photos to earn points. Groups pick where the hunt starts, whether that is a hotel, an office or a city landmark. Speed alone does not win, because the hunt is scored on tasks completed rather than finishing order. It needs no particular fitness, suits all ages and grows from 15 players to a large corporate event, with extra guides joining as numbers rise. Many groups finish at a bar or cafe, where the guide adds up the scores over a first drink. The company's guided walks can also be booked privately for 2 to 250 people, including a laneways and history walk, a small bar crawl through three venues, cheese and whisky tasting walks, a progressive dinner across three restaurants and two adults-only true crime walks in the city and Fremantle. Private bookings are quoted on request and confirmed once the date, numbers and meeting point are agreed.

Frequently asked questions
How many people do we need for the Perth City Scavenger Hunt?
The hunt is priced at $35 a person with a minimum of 15 players. Bigger groups split into parallel teams with extra guides, so it works for a family celebration through to a large corporate event.
Where does the scavenger hunt start and finish?
It can start wherever suits your group, such as your hotel, your office or a landmark you choose. With no preference, the guide waits in the covered area outside the Perth Town Hall entrance, dressed in a bright red shirt.
Can we end the hunt with drinks?
Yes. You can nominate a bar or cafe to finish at, where the guide counts up the points over a first round of drinks and then reveals which team won.
Is it suitable for kids or people with limited mobility?
No special fitness is required, and players of any age can join in. Wheelchair users can take part with notice, as the route and challenges are adjusted to avoid uneven paving. Note that the true crime walks are strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
What happens if it rains?
Tours go ahead rain, hail or shine, so dress for the conditions and wear comfortable shoes. They are only called off for a severe weather warning or a genuine safety risk, in which case guests are rebooked or refunded.
