About DJ Emily Gracie
DJ Emily Gracie is a Melbourne-based DJ, saxophonist and MC who plays weddings, corporate functions and private parties. Her sets mix DJ tracks with live saxophone, played on the dance floor and among guests over dinner, so one booking covers the music, a live performance and the formalities. Her style leans towards sing-along party pop, disco and throwbacks, from ABBA and Sister Sledge to Taylor Swift, alongside house mixes and hip hop when the brief calls for it. She plans a customised playlist with each client at an in-person or video music meeting and works song requests into the night. Wedding packages can cover ceremony music, a canapés set and the reception, with up to eight hours of continuous music, LED wash lighting, a black silk DJ booth and a wireless microphone for speeches. Her own gear is a QSC 12-inch speaker system, a Pioneer controller, a Sennheiser wireless microphone and Chauvet LED lighting. For corporate clients she plays galas, presentation nights, product launches and Christmas parties, and for private clients birthdays, engagements and anniversaries. Wedding reception packages start from $2,790 for five hours – send an enquiry with your date and venue to check availability.

Her wedding packages begin at $2,790 including GST for a five-hour reception, with add-ons such as ceremony and canapés music, early set-up, extra lighting and overtime.
Does she play live saxophone at events?
Yes. Live sax is part of her packages – she plays over the mix on the dance floor and can also rove among guests during dinner if you ask for it.
Can Emily MC our wedding?
Yes. A basic MC service is available. She guides the formalities with your venue manager and goes through the order of events with you at a meeting beforehand.
What if our event runs past 11pm?
Music after 11pm needs overtime added to the booking. Extra time cannot be promised if it is requested on the night, so add it ahead if you expect a late finish.
