About The Beechmont Hotel
The Beechmont Hotel is a country-style pub on Nerang-Murwillumbah Road at Advancetown, in the Gold Coast hinterland. It traces its story back to the bullock teams and timber workers who once passed through the Numinbah Valley, and it was rebuilt on higher ground when the Hinze Dam rose. These days it's known for free live music, line dancing and a smokehouse menu. It hosts birthdays, wedding receptions, anniversaries and other get-togethers in two main areas. The Stables is the private option, a relaxed space with casual dining and semi-private bar access. Seating is arranged to suit the size and style of your function, and the functions manager can talk through the choices. The Beer Garden is open plan and sits in the middle of the hotel, with group seating under a shaded canopy. It looks straight onto the stage, where acts play Friday to Sunday, so it suits lively groups who want the music as part of the day. Catering is built around share platters, including bread and dips, charcuterie, pizza, sliders and tacos. The smoker supplies wings, beef short ribs, brisket and a large mixed feast called The Beast. Platters need to be pre-ordered and paid for at least 10 days ahead, and they can't be ordered on the day. Send an enquiry with your date, numbers and occasion to get things moving.
