About Hound & Stag Brewing Co
Hound & Stag Brewing Co is a craft brewery and live music venue on Wrights Place in Arundel. Its handcrafted bar sits inside an industrial-style brewery, and the beer in your glass is made on the premises. The Barn pairs a character-filled room with the front beer garden, for 20 to 100 guests with exclusive use. The Stag is the larger option, joining a private cocktail bar with part of the rear garden for 20 to 150. The beer garden can also be booked in sections. Left takes 20 to 70, Middle takes 20 to 80 and Right takes 30 to 100, while the whole garden holds up to 400 and has the private Doghouse bar. Bigger events can book half the venue, or take over everything exclusively for up to 600. That includes the indoor spaces, bars, stage and gardens, which suits product launches, large corporate events and weddings. Food packages are available through the dedicated events team, who tailor the plan to your group. The kitchen also serves a regular menu during trading hours. Function spaces are available Wednesday to Sunday, and exclusive larger events can also run on Monday and Tuesday. Send an enquiry to check your date.

What size groups can the brewery host?
Spaces start at 20 guests. The Barn takes up to 100, The Stag up to 150, the whole beer garden up to 400 and full venue hire up to 600.
What does it cost to hire a space?
The Barn starts at $200 and The Stag at $250. Half venue hire is from $1,500 with a $1,000 minimum spend, and full hire is from $3,000 with a $3,000 minimum spend.
Do beer garden sections need a deposit?
Yes. Sections take a redeemable deposit from $200, or from $300 for the Right section.
Which days can we book?
Function spaces run Wednesday to Sunday. Larger exclusive events can also be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome in selected areas, except on tribute nights and at special events.
