About Exclusive Events Hire

Exclusive Events Hire is a Western Sydney prestige car business started by Lee and Michael Douaihy, two car enthusiasts who wanted to offer something beyond the usual wedding sedan. The cars are privately owned and kept in-house, finished in coordinated white and black with custom plates and pinstriping, so a convoy looks like a matched set in the photos. The current fleet mixes supercars, luxury sedans and big stretches. For the couple there is a Ferrari F430 Spider, a Maserati Quattroporte, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class S350, a Mercedes C-Class sedan and an AMG-styled C-Class convertible. Larger groups can travel in a Mercedes V250 people mover, an Audi Q7 or a Range Rover Sport, while the two super-stretch limousines, a white Hummer and a white Chrysler 300C, carry the bridal party together with mood lighting and a bar-style interior. The Ferrari seats one passenger beside the driver, and the Hummer is listed for about 15 guests. Wedding bookings are coordinated around the ceremony, photo locations, reception and accommodation, with a uniformed chauffeur throughout. Standard inclusions are a red carpet for the bridal car, drinks, snacks, white ribbons, umbrellas, tissues, mints and phone chargers. The same cars go out for school formals, anniversaries, private parties and corporate functions, and reviewers mention drivers arriving early and staying back without being asked. Prices are not published. The quote form asks for the date, the type of event, the ceremony and reception times, the number in the bridal party and your preferred cars, and whether you want a getaway drop-off at the end of the night. Exclusive Events Hire does not publish a rate card. Each quote is based on the date, the type of event, the hours needed, the number of passengers and the cars chosen, and a getaway drop-off at the end of the night can be added. Paying the deposit confirms the booking and acceptance of the hire terms, and the deposit is forfeited if you cancel. Damage or cleaning caused by spills or food may be charged.

Fleet & Booking Details

The fleet includes a Ferrari F430 Spider for one passenger, a Mercedes C-Class convertible for three, four-seat Maserati Quattroporte, Mercedes S350, Mercedes C-Class, Audi Q7 and Range Rover Sport, a seven-seat Mercedes V250, a 12-seat Chrysler 300C super-stretch and a Hummer super-stretch for around 15. Cars are white or black with custom plates. All hire is chauffeured, vehicles are non-smoking and seatbelts are required. Fleet viewings are by appointment.

Can the whole bridal party travel together?

Yes. The Hummer super-stretch takes around 15 passengers and the Chrysler 300C super-stretch takes 12, so a larger group can ride in one car while the couple takes a Ferrari, Maserati or Mercedes.

What is included in a wedding package?

A uniformed chauffeur, a red carpet for the bridal car, white ribbons, drinks and snacks, umbrellas, tissues, mints and phone chargers. The team plans the timing between the ceremony, photos, reception and your accommodation.

Do you do school formals?

Yes. Formal bookings cover pick-up and drop-off across Sydney, in a convertible supercar for one or two students or a stretch limousine for a group of friends.

Can I drive the cars myself?

No. Every hire is chauffeur-driven. A cancelled booking loses its deposit, and in wet weather ribbons may not be fitted to some cars. Ask for a quote with your date, times and preferred vehicles.
