About Brooksy Bar @ Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney
Brooksy Bar belongs to the Amora Hotel Jamison, a few minutes' walk from Wynyard in the CBD, and the booths are what shape it. Instead of one open room, the small floor is divided into cosy, partly private nooks, so 30 people don't rattle around and 100 people can still find a seat. The finishes are dark and warm, with timber on the walls, brass lighting, mirrors and drapes over the windows that make the room feel deeper than it is. Your event gets its own bar counter and a small dance area, along with a PA and speakers. Bring a DJ or play your own music, within a noise limit, in a room that's soundproofed. Capacity is 100 standing or 55 seated, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, step-free entry and wheelchair-accessible toilets. Bookings are usually evenings from 5pm, and food comes from the hotel kitchen.
