About Quiz Room
Quiz Room is on Level 6 at 393 George Street in the Sydney CBD. It recreates a television game show: each room has six lit buzzer podiums on a staged set, a voiced host, jingles and lights, and a Quiz Master who gets your group set up. Rounds change their rules as you go, and teams can play trump cards and traps on each other, so general knowledge helps but tactics matter too. As well as the original quiz there is a Music Quiz, where you name the tune or sing to buzz in, and The Mole, which leans on bluffing. Each room takes 3 to 18 players, and there are three rooms, so up to 54 people can play at the same time. Groups larger than 18 request a quote, and trivia tournaments for 70 or more can be arranged. A standard booking is two games in about an hour, or three games in an hour and a half. Groups can pay to write up to 10 custom questions that are recorded into the game, which works well for birthdays, hens and bucks parties. Book with the code BIRTHDAY, HENS or BUCKS for seven or more players and the guest of honour plays free. After the game there is a lounge for drinks, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and a function space on the Level 7 rooftop directly above. Catering and drinks packages are available. Players need to be 13 or older, with a separate Quiz Room Kids game for ages 8 to 12. Arrive 10 minutes early.

How much does Quiz Room cost?
For two games, it is $45 per person for groups of 3 to 6 and $40 per person for groups of 7 to 18. Three games cost $60 or $55 per person. Custom questions are $100 per group.
How many people can play?
Each room takes 3 to 18 players across six podiums, and there are three rooms, so up to 54 people can play at once. Groups over 18 should request a quote, and tournaments for 70 or more can be arranged.
How long does a session take?
Two games take about an hour and three games about an hour and a half. Arrive 10 minutes early so the Quiz Master can set up your session.
Is there a minimum age?
Players need to be 13 or older. There is a separate Quiz Room Kids game for children aged 8 to 12, with kids party pricing for groups of at least eight.
Can we have drinks and food after the game?
Yes. The lounge serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks after your game, catering and drinks packages are available, and there is a function space on the Level 7 rooftop above the venue.

Booked a room for a b'day gatho, everyone had a blast! It's fun prepping the custom questions leading up to it asw! Well worth it - drinks are a tad pricey side though so careful on that.

Such a fun time!! - perfect for small groups and anyone who loves trivia. Our names did get a bit mixed up on the boards, so that was a tad confusing but it didnt take away from the gameplay. The host was lovely as well
