Birthday Party Venues in Narrabeen

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

A birthday on Pittwater Road can go two ways. Cabana Beach Kiosk, at number 1200, sits right on the sand and is hired as a whole for up to 50, while Narrabeen Sands Hotel, a little further along at 1260, has four function areas plus 47 guest rooms for anyone who would rather stay the night than drive home.

Which space for which kind of birthday:

A long summer afternoon with friends: Cabana Beach Kiosk's terrace, 50 standing or 30 seated, from $50 per person
A seated family dinner: Driftwood Corner at Narrabeen Sands Hotel, sectioned off for 30 to 40
Drinks with an ocean outlook: The Terrace, an alfresco area for 30 to 50 with a roof that opens or closes
The big one, a 30th or 40th: the Ocean Bar Function Room, up to 120, with sliding windows to open it up or close it off, from $500 minimum spend
A daytime gathering with a slideshow: the upstairs conference room, with a projector, HDMI and a private balcony, for 40 cocktail-style

Both keep the logistics simple. Parking at the kiosk is free, on site and in nearby streets, and the hotel takes function bookings seven days.

Cabana's kitchen cooks Spanish-inspired dishes with an extensive gluten-free menu, with cocktails from the bar alongside
Narrabeen Sands serves canapé packages for 20 or more, and pizza slabs can be added for a younger crowd
At the hotel, the birthday host can cover drinks with a capped tab (guests wear wristbands), or everyone pays at the cash bar
Once the sun sets, the kiosk glows under fairy and festoon lights

Toasts, music and photos
