About Camden Hire Events
Camden Hire Events trades from a yard on Exchange Parade, Narellan, in the Macarthur region of Sydney. The family-owned business goes back more than 30 years, started its events arm in 1988, adding products steadily since, so a single company can provide the marquee, the furniture beneath it, heating, lighting and the catering equipment behind the bar. Its work covers everything from backyard get-togethers to weddings, corporate functions and full community shows. Marquees are the core of the range. Hoecker structures come in four sizes, 12m x 6m, 10m x 6m, 6m x 9m and 3m x 3m; they need no internal poles or guy ropes outside, are rated for high winds and go up on grass or concrete. Pagodas give a peaked roof in sizes ranging between 3m x 3m and 6m x 6m, quick shades in 6m x 3m or 3m x 3m handle smaller jobs, and fete stalls suit market-style events. The wider catalogue is split into ten categories: marquees, furniture, catering, sound, event lighting, heating and cooling, event infrastructure, party accessories, party and event toilets, and site security. Each item online shows its own hire rate, so you can price a list before calling. Kids' chairs are $1.21; slotted chairs in white or black, $2.64; white chiavari and cross-back chairs, $9.35; trestle and round tables, between $13.20 and $24.20; barrel coffee tables and wine barrels, $55; and a vintage or rustic 2.4m bar, $187. Prices shown include GST but not delivery. The yard is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

No. The listed rates include GST but only cover the item, and delivery and other charges are quoted separately. Some items have extras of their own. Balloon gas, for instance, is $88 for roughly 50 balloons, and it also needs a regulator at $5.50 and a bond of $50.
