About Impact Party Hire

Impact Party Hire is a family-run hire business working out of Western Sydney, started by Cahill and Jack to put their combined twelve years in the events industry behind one catalogue. It is a general party hire operation rather than a specialist, so marquees and flooring, chairs and tables, linen, glow furniture, neon signs, sound and lighting, catering equipment, heaters and fans, wine barrels, yard games, slushie machines and karaoke jukeboxes all come off the same truck. The marquee range is the backbone of it. Extreme frame marquees start at $150 for a 4m x 4m and run through $250 for 4m x 6m, $350 for 6m x 6m, $480 for 4m x 12m and for 6m x 8m, $720 for 6m x 12m and $1,200 for a 6m x 20m, with the wider sizes built without centre poles so the floor stays clear. Pagoda marquees go from $500 for a 5m x 5m to $1,300 for a 6m x 12m, and plastic Profloor event flooring is $10 per square metre. Package deals bundle glow furniture, slushie machines and karaoke, and PA packages run from $99 to $399. Ordering runs through a quote list on the site with no payment taken up front. You add items and quantities, give the event date and delivery suburb, and the team confirms availability and sends a quote including delivery, which is worked out from suburb and order size. A 25 per cent deposit locks the booking in and the balance is due 48 hours before delivery, or cash on delivery. Minimum order is $120 inc GST before delivery charges. Halls and public parks are not serviced, because equipment cannot be left unattended overnight.

Chairs are $1.50 for a budget bistro chair, $2.50 premium, $4 for a padded gladiator and $5 for a Tiffany, with kids chairs from $1.50. Trestle tables are $10 to $13.50, cocktail bar tables $15 to $35 and wine barrel tables $45. Glow furniture runs from $20 for a glow cube to $600 for the ultimate cocktail party package, neon signs are $50 to $100 and large number glow lights $40 or $80. PA packages are $99 to $399, a double-bowl slushie machine is $195 and a touchscreen karaoke jukebox $200. Plastic event flooring is $10 per square metre. Equipment & Service Details

Hire covers the equipment itself, delivered and collected, with delivery charged on top and quoted from the suburb and order size. A hire period means a single event rather than a set number of hours: weekend bookings are usually dropped off Thursday or Friday and picked up Monday or Tuesday, while midweek bookings arrive the day before and go back the following day. A $50 bond applies to table linen and glassware or tableware orders and is refunded at the end of the hire less any breakages or damage. Catering equipment including food warmers, hot water urns, roasting ovens, pie warmers, slushie machines, glassware and dinnerware must be returned clean or a cleaning fee is charged, and excessive dirt or mud on any other item is invoiced separately, as is heavily soiled linen. The hirer is responsible for the security of the equipment while it is on site. Deliveries run during normal business hours, Saturday morning slots are limited, and the business is closed Sundays and public holidays. Halls and public parks are not serviced, since equipment cannot be left unattended overnight, and the company reserves the right to reschedule a delivery when the forecast makes marquee installation unsafe.
