Wine, Gin & Beer Experiences in Sunshine Coast Hinterland

Drinks experiences in the hinterland come down to one small class at Hunchy, in the hills behind Nambour, where Hunchy Hills Distillery hosts gin blending for a party of two to four. The scale is the point: it is a private session for a couple or a few friends rather than a group outing.

Inside a three-hour Hunchy session:

• It opens with a walk through the still room and the space where the spirits are made.
• Guests then taste their way through the distillery's gins, vodka and liqueurs.
• The main event is designing a personal gin blend.
