About Syndicate Creative
Syndicate Creative is a pottery studio on Sugar Road in Maroochydore where local potters and ceramic artists teach hand building and wheel throwing to complete beginners and improvers. Alongside its public classes, the studio runs private workshops for groups of two to 30, priced up front with clay, firing and glazing included. The Bridal Party Workshop is a 90-minute session where each guest shapes a ceramic ring dish to keep, at $75 a person, and it can run in the studio or at another location. The group hand building session suits birthdays, anniversaries and work get-togethers at $85 a person. A two-hour make-anything class takes up to 10 people at $100 each, and pairs or small groups of up to four can book wheel throwing lessons over two classes. Private groups may bring their own drinks and nibbles, and the studio puts out wine glasses, knives and water. Pieces dry for about a week before the team fires and glazes them, leaving food-safe, waterproof work ready to collect from the studio. Send an enquiry to book a private workshop for your group.

How many people can come to a private pottery workshop?
Private bookings start at two or three people and go up to 30, depending on the class. The make-anything session is kept to 10 people and the wheel throwing lessons to four.
Can we bring drinks and snacks to a private session?
Yes, BYO drinks and nibbles are fine at private workshops, and wine glasses, knives and water are on hand. Bring toothpicks so you can snack without getting clay on your food.
Are children allowed at private bookings?
Private groups can include guests of any age. Some public classes are for ages 14 and up, and the public Wine & Ceramics nights are strictly 18+.
When can we take our pieces home?
Clay has to dry for about a week before firing, so nothing leaves on the day. For single sessions the studio glazes and fires the work, and bridal party pieces are usually ready two to three weeks later.
Where is the Syndicate Creative studio?
The studio is at Unit 6, 100 Sugar Road in Maroochydore, sharing its driveway with a coffee spot and a lolly shop. Look for the Syndicate Creative and Club Creative signs on the building.
