Each event menu is put together with the client, built around Provençal and Mediterranean flavours and adjusted to the space, the number of guests and the feel of the day. Expect seasonal salads, slow-cooked dishes for sharing, grazing tables, handmade canapés and delicate French-style desserts, all presented in a rustic but refined way. For gatherings at home or in a holiday rental, the River Breeze at Home range offers fixed menus delivered ready to heat and serve. Options include grazing boxes of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, dips and baguette for four or twelve guests, long lunch packages with two starters, two shared mains and two sides, and dessert boxes of bite-sized tarts and Eton mess in three sizes. A Christmas lunch for eight, with turkey ballotine and glazed ham, is offered for local delivery on Christmas Eve.
