About The Scene Team
The Scene Team is a Perth photography and video company built around business events. With more than 20 years in the trade and over 1,000 events covered, the crew works with event organisers, marketing teams, venues and government agencies, and runs a portrait studio in Northbridge. At corporate functions the team covers gala dinners, client evenings, launches and internal celebrations, from red carpet arrivals and speeches to candid moments between guests. Sponsor signage and branding are captured clearly, and for bigger events several photographers spread across the rooms so key moments are not missed. Integrated video gives one consistent result across stills and film. Conferences get coverage of keynotes, panel sessions, exhibitions, networking breaks and gala evenings, with consistent results from bright plenary halls to dim evening rooms. The crew works next to AV, staging and venue staff and can add an on-site headshot booth for delegates. Extras include Scene Screen, which sends selected images to AV screens during the event and gives guests instant online access, plus lighting for media walls and themed spaces, on-site studios, photo booths and live printing. Highlights can be ready on the night or within 24 hours, followed by a curated gallery on an online platform.
