About Matagarup Mini Golf

Matagarup Mini Golf is an 18-hole course on the banks of the Swan River in Burswood Park, sitting between The Camfield and Matagarup Zip+Climb at the northern end of Camfield Drive. The layout borrows from Western Australian landscapes, so players putt past native gardens, rock formations, sculptures of local animals and a creek about 50 metres long, with Matagarup Bridge rising behind the greens. Each tee-off time holds up to eight people, so bigger parties are split into flights, and bookings are essential once a group passes 20, with group rates stepping down at 20, 40 and 60 players. Birthdays for children and adults are both catered for, and workplaces can ask for exclusive use of the whole course for team days, client functions and networking events. A zipline over the river at the neighbouring attraction can be paired with the round. A full round of 18 holes takes about an hour. The front nine are built for wheelchairs and prams, with two routes on each hole so everyone still plays a full card. Payment is by card only, the dress code is family friendly with shirts and flat shoes required, and rounds carry on in light rain unless management rules the course unplayable.
