About Glowing Rooms
Glowing Rooms is an indoor 3D mini golf venue on Emplacement Crescent in Hamilton Hill, south of Fremantle, with plenty of free parking. Its 18-hole course runs through rooms painted by hand to glow under ultraviolet light, covering about 800 square metres of walls and floors. Players wear 3D glasses, which make the planets, sea creatures, Australian landmarks and superheroes on the course appear to leap out at them. A round takes a little over an hour for a group of six, and up to eight players can share a hole at once. The venue also has karaoke, ping pong and a console gaming lounge with three 65-inch screens, plus a licensed bar and a café serving hot food, gelato and barista coffee. The course is air-conditioned and designed so people in wheelchairs can play as well. Birthday packages include mini golf or console gaming, a private function room for up to 32 people, party food and the clean-up, with a minimum of 10 guests. Team-building groups, corporate events, Christmas parties, hens and bucks nights are also catered for, and the venue holds up to 100 guests. Players need to be at least five years old, and groups of 15 or more can arrange bookings outside normal trading hours.

How much do birthday party packages cost?
Birthday packages start at $38 a person, with a minimum charge for 10 guests. They include either 18 holes of 3D mini golf or console gaming, party food, juice and water, a private room and the clean-up.
Is there a minimum age for the mini golf?
Players must be five or older, because floor obstacles are hard for little ones to see in low light. Children under five can only go into the golf rooms if they stay in a pram or carrier.
Can we bring our own cake?
Groups on a party package with a private function room may bring a celebration cake, and the team will make space in the fridge for it. An ice cream cake can also be ordered from the venue for $25.
How many people can play together?
Each group on the course is capped at eight players. Larger groups are split across tee times a few minutes apart, and the venue can host up to 100 guests overall.
How are party bookings confirmed?
Party packages are secured with a $100 deposit, with the balance paid on arrival. Final numbers are confirmed seven days before the event, and the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations inside that week.
