Affordable Wed Party Hire supplies the furniture and decorations that turn a park, beach lawn or function room into a styled ceremony or reception. The business has planned and dressed hundreds of weddings and functions around Perth, and offers styling and planning help alongside straight hire. Ceremony packages are the core of the range. Each one pairs a draped arch finished with flowers with white Tiffany chairs, a French Provincial signing table, aisle decorations and a welcome sign, and the team handles set-up and collection. Larger packages add chair sashes, an 8m aisle runner and flower urns on pedestals. For receptions, packages are built around 50 guests and include lycra chair covers with sashes in your colour, bridal table skirting and swagging, a Mr & Mrs sign, guest table centrepieces with crystal scatters and tealights, table numbers and a wishing well. Other guest counts are quoted. The hire list goes well beyond weddings. There are more than 20 backdrop styles, freestanding flower walls about 2m tall, bridal throne chairs and a chaise, red and white aisle carpets, satin, organza, hessian, sequin and floral table runners, plus chalkboards, easels, personalised welcome signs and seating plans. Engagement parties, birthdays, corporate events, school balls and christenings are all catered for.

How big are the event backdrops?
The standard backdrops measure 3m high by 6m wide, come in over 20 styles and colours, and include fairy lights plus set-up and collection. Custom sizes can be requested.
Do the reception packages suit any guest count?
The published reception packages are based on 50 guests. Receptions with fewer or more people are quoted individually so the chair covers and centrepieces match your numbers.
Is delivery charged for the flower walls?
Delivery of the freestanding flower walls is free within 20km of the Perth CBD. The walls stand about 200cm high and 240cm wide, and suit photo corners as well as ceremonies.
Can we hire just a few pieces rather than a package?
Yes. Items such as aisle carpets, table runners, chalkboards, welcome signs on easels, seating plans, throne chairs and backdrops are all listed for individual hire.
