Event & Conference Co. is a professional event management company based in Perth, with more than 16 years of experience running conferences, gala dinners and exhibitions. Its clients are associations, industry bodies, government agencies and businesses that need a large, detailed event delivered without stretching their own staff. The team can take on a whole event or just the parts a client needs. Services span event planning and production, delegate registration, financial management, sponsorship and exhibition management, speaker and abstract management, and travel and accommodation for delegates. Graphic design and marketing are handled in-house as well, which helps give each event a consistent brand. The process starts with a request for quote, after which the team works with the client to define the right level of support for their objectives. Past projects include a cyber security summit at Pan Pacific Perth, a pharmacy forum, a large workplace safety conference with an exhibition hall, a panel event on women in sport at the WACA for 80 guests, and a zero-waste cocktail bar created with a local distillery for an environmental recognition evening. The team also hosts its own networking evenings for suppliers and industry partners. Photos from their events show packed plenary sessions, stage sets with large LED screens, round-table gala dinners dressed with orchids, Welcome to Country performances overlooking the river and busy exhibition stands.
