Full Wedding Planning starts at the very first venue search and covers supplier management, design direction, budget tracking, RSVPs and complete management on the day. Wedding Planning Only suits couples who want to stay involved, with regular check-ins and supplier guidance but no on-site presence. Wedding Day Management & Coordination is for couples who have booked everything themselves. Gee and her team join about six months out, build the full timeline and run the day from ceremony to reception, while a luxury tier handles weddings with twenty or more suppliers. Other celebrations get the same approach: engagement parties, first and milestone birthdays, henna nights and graduation soirées, plus launches, masterclasses, gala dinners, charity fundraisers and VIP dinners for businesses. Because Gee is also a celebrant and MC, one person can plan a wedding, conduct the ceremony in English or Turkish and host the reception. How We Work
For coordination clients her team, together for over ten years, comes in around six months out and runs the full day. For private and corporate events she organises the venue, styling, catering, AV, entertainment and running sheet, then runs the event behind the scenes.
