About Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery
Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery is a family-owned producer in Miami, making gin, vodka, whiskey and liqueurs in an upcycled warehouse. Production stays in view from the bar, so a group visit feels close to the work. The headline experience is the private gin-making class. Over four hours, up to six people work with the Head Distiller, choose botanicals and distil on custom 2 litre copper stills. A tour, tastings of the core range, a meal, drinks and a course guide are all included, and each guest takes home a 500 ml bottle. Larger groups can add a guided tour or a spirit tasting to a booking, though maximum numbers apply, so mention it when you enquire. Corporate groups have a cocktail-making competition as a team-building option, along with mixology workshops and branded gift bags. The warehouse holds up to 70 people for a cocktail-style event, or about 50 seated. There is no venue hire fee, although minimum bar spends may apply depending on the guest count and duration. Exclusive hire starts at 40 guests. Your group can bring its own food, order in, or ask for help finding a caterer who knows the venue. A screen, PA and microphone are on hand for speeches or presentations. Send an enquiry to shape a package around your numbers.
