About Valentina
Valentina sits on the second floor of a beachfront building on The Esplanade in Surfers Paradise, with the ocean filling its windows. The room combines a dining floor, a bar, a balcony, a DJ booth and a private dining room. For a big celebration, exclusive hire takes up to 220 guests cocktail style or 130 seated. Bookings run for four hours, either from midday or from 6pm, and you can bring your own DJ or music for a set fee. Smaller groups of 20 to 50 dine together at long tables. There is a share menu built for the table, a long-lunch menu and platters, with a minimum spend per guest that scales with numbers. For stand-up events, canapé packages run from half an hour to two hours, and stations such as a grazing table, an oyster bar or a salad bar can be added. Beverage packages come in standard, premium and deluxe tiers, with cocktails or Champagne on arrival as extras. Birthdays and end-of-year lunches are regulars here.
