The Collective Palm Beach is a dining hall on the Gold Coast Highway where four kitchens and an ice-cream bar share one building. For events, that means a menu that can mix pizza, ceviche, tacos and more. There are four function spaces. The covered rooftop holds 110 standing or 80 seated, can have its own bar and bathrooms, and is the most booked space. The Courtyard takes 250 standing or 100 seated, with a raised platform for a band or DJ and a dance floor. Casa Patrón is a semi-private area around a margarita bar, set slightly apart from the courtyard, for 60 standing or 40 seated. The Garden suits a smaller stand-up group of 40. Across the whole venue, events of up to 400 guests are possible. The Courtyard and Garden have retractable roofs, and the rooftop is fully covered, so plans don't depend on the forecast. Spaces can be booked exclusively or shared. Packages start with six canapés at $36 per person, or a two-course menu at $65 per person, and drinks can run as a package or a tab.
