About Palm Beach Hotel

Palm Beach Hotel is a local pub on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and 5th Avenue, a few minutes on foot from the beach. It runs a bistro and sports bar alongside its function areas. There are two event spaces, and the hotel can host up to 120 people. Furniture in both can be moved around to suit how your event will run. The Saloon Bar is the more casual choice, bright and airy with a relaxed, slightly funky feel and a mix of furniture. A minimum spend applies on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the team confirms the figure when you enquire. The Private Space is upstairs and is reached from the front of the hotel. It gets plenty of daylight but also has blackout curtains, and comes with a private bar, a movable dance floor, two TVs, and AV and PA equipment. It seats 40 or holds 60 for cocktails, for a $300 room hire. Catering comes from the hotel. Share platters feed 8 to 10 people and run from crostini and skewers to tacos, seafood tapas and a Southern-style selection, while the set menu offers entree, main and dessert choices over two or three courses. A deposit secures your date and comes off the final bill. Budget rooms on site also give guests somewhere to stay. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers to start planning.
