About Tall Trees
Tall Trees is a private wedding estate on Tallebudgera Creek Road, in the Gold Coast's Tallebudgera Valley. Towering pines, liquid ambers and native canopy line the property. A booking gives you the estate to yourselves, including its cottages, gardens and amenities. Weddings range from elopements and micro ceremonies through to full wedding and reception packages for up to 100 guests. The Barn is the centre of a reception, dressed in fairy and festoon lights, with a big open fireplace and a vintage bar. It gives you a covered option in any season. Ceremonies can be held at many places around the grounds, and there is a wet weather plan. Food is arranged through outside caterers, and the venue has a recommended list you can ask for. It runs from food trucks and canapés through to multi-course dinners, and caterers bring their own equipment. BYO alcohol is allowed, provided it is poured by RSA-accredited bar staff. Vendors are your choice too, although a wedding coordinator is required for the event unless the venue agrees otherwise. The setting is rural, with no street or off-site parking, so guests travel on pre-arranged coaches included in the packages. Out of respect for the neighbours, the music curfew is 9.30pm and guests leave by 10pm.

Is the venue exclusive to our wedding?
Yes, venue hire gives you private access to the estate, the cottages, the manicured gardens and the amenities.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you can bring your own alcohol, as long as RSA-accredited staff pour it. You can ask for the recommended supplier list when you send an enquiry.
Do guests need to arrange their own transport?
No, guests travel on pre-arranged coaches because the rural location has no on-street or off-site parking. The venue manager organises these, and they are included in the packages.
What time does the event finish?
Music finishes at the 9.30pm curfew, and guests need to be off the property by 10pm. The times are set out of consideration for the local community.
