About Palette Restaurant
Palette Restaurant is on the ground floor of HOTA Gallery, part of the Home of the Arts precinct on Bundall Road in Surfers Paradise. Its menus follow the gallery's major exhibitions rather than the calendar, so the food changes with what is on the walls. The kitchen cooks modern Australian dishes using native ingredients and southeast Queensland produce. Menus come as à la carte and tasting formats, with table-side touches from the floor team. For events, Palette offers private dining for 20 to 120 guests. Its events team works on wedding receptions, engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers and corporate events. For client entertaining, a visit to the gallery before dinner gives guests a Gold Coast evening with something to see as well as eat. The team plans the menu and running order with you. Vegetarian guests are well covered, with a full vegetarian tasting menu alongside the standard one. Wines can be matched to each course for a seated dinner.
