About Pacific Beach Function Centre
Pacific Beach Function Centre is a private function room on the Gold Coast Highway at Palm Beach, set on the beachfront at Pacific Surf Life Saving Club. It is sold on exclusive use, with the whole space kept to one event at a time. The licensed room sits upstairs with a covered balcony facing the ocean. Below it, a grassed lawn beside the sand is used for wedding ceremonies, and guests can walk straight down to the beach. The room holds 160 for cocktails or 110 in theatre rows, and you can also lay it out cabaret style. Hire includes 110 chairs, a lectern, trestle tables, high bar tables and stools. Catering is flexible. The kitchen can be used for self-catering, or you can bring in a Gold Coast caterer, and any supplier must be insured and approved by the venue manager first. Drinks are served only by the venue, because it is licensed, and you cannot bring your own. The licence also covers only the balcony and indoor room, so the party can't move down to the lawn. Events finish by 11pm, and Friday and Saturday bookings have a seven-hour minimum. A PA system, microphone and ceiling-mounted projector are available, and a $1,000 deposit secures a confirmed date.

How many guests can the room hold?

Can we bring our own drinks?
