About Little Truffle
Little Truffle is a fine dining restaurant and bar on the Gold Coast Highway at Mermaid Beach. Its dining room was rebuilt from scratch, with deep navy tones, brushed brass, velvet drapes and dark timber floors. The kitchen is run by its chef-owner, who cooks modern Australian food built on local produce. A wine list of Australian and international bottles sits alongside the bar. For private dinners there are two rooms. The Cellar Room is fully enclosed with its own entrance and seats 14 to 20, while the Indigo Room sits behind curtains for 12 to 15. For something bigger, the whole restaurant can be booked exclusively. The team hosts birthdays, wedding dinners and corporate events this way, with menus set for the group. The room is set up for seated dinners where the food and wine are the focus. Guests can gather at the bar first and then move through to the table, which helps a small group settle in.
